Project discussions and submitted materials

Submitting a form, sending an email or joining an introductory discussion does not create a client, partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary or exclusivity relationship. Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, data processing and acceptance criteria must be agreed separately in writing.
