GrowIT does not sell or rent personal data and does not use enquiry data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
04 / Recipients
Who may process the information
Information is accessible only where needed to handle the enquiry, operate the website or meet legal responsibilities. Recipients may include authorised GrowIT personnel, hosting and content-delivery providers, email providers, security and maintenance providers, Google as the optional analytics provider, Meta as the optional advertising-measurement provider, professional advisers and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Some providers may process information from another country. Where cross-border safeguards are required, we use appropriate contractual or organisational measures and limit access to the service being provided.
05 / Retention
How long information is kept
- Enquiries that do not become projects: normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless an earlier deletion is appropriate or a longer period is needed for a dispute, security matter or legal obligation.
- Client and project records: retained for the engagement and the periods required by contracts, accounting rules, legal obligations and the defence of legal claims.
- Attachments: removed from temporary website storage immediately after the email attempt. A copy may remain in the project mailbox and is then handled under the enquiry or project retention period.
- Technical and security logs: retained for a limited operational period, or longer where necessary to investigate abuse, an incident or a legal claim.
- Consent preference: retained in a first-party cookie for up to 180 days so the website can respect your separate Analytics and Advertising choices. Analytics retention is governed by the configured Google Analytics property settings. Meta's retention practices apply only after Advertising consent is granted and are described in Meta's own privacy information.
06 / Your choices
Your data-protection rights
Depending on the law that applies to your situation, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions, identity verification and records we must retain.
Send requests to projects@growit.dev. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also raise a concern with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority.
07 / Security and updates

This business-to-business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal data from children through the project form.
We may update this policy when the website, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
