This role is for an experienced engineer who thinks beyond isolated tickets and can turn a product objective into a dependable, maintainable release. You will work across customer-facing interfaces, application logic, APIs, data flows and deployment concerns while keeping the user outcome and commercial context in view.

You will be expected to make sound technical decisions, explain trade-offs clearly and help shape work before implementation begins. The strongest candidates are comfortable moving between discovery and delivery, can reduce ambiguity without overengineering, and care about what happens after a feature reaches production.

GrowIT is looking for a backend engineer who can make complex systems behave predictably. You will design application services, APIs, background workflows and integration layers that connect product interfaces with payment platforms, CRMs, content systems, analytics tools and operational data.

This is not a maintenance-only role. You will help define contracts, failure handling, observability and data ownership before implementation, then carry the work through testing and release. You should be comfortable examining an unfamiliar system, finding the real constraint and creating a solution that operations teams can trust.

This role owns mobile product delivery beyond the screen layer. You will turn validated journeys into responsive, reliable applications, connect them to APIs and device capabilities, and make careful choices around state, offline behaviour, permissions, analytics and release readiness.

You will collaborate closely with product design, backend engineering and QA while retaining strong personal ownership of the mobile experience. We value engineers who understand platform conventions, can challenge fragile interaction decisions and know that a successful release includes observability, store compliance and a practical path for future updates.

We are seeking an engineer who can connect AI and data work to a real product decision. You will help evaluate use cases, prepare data, prototype responsibly and productionise capabilities such as retrieval, classification, extraction, recommendations, workflow automation and decision-support interfaces.

The role requires more than model experimentation. You will define evaluation criteria, account for latency, cost, privacy and failure modes, and integrate the resulting capability into a maintainable product workflow. You should be comfortable saying when a deterministic system is the better answer and explaining what evidence would make an AI feature ready to release.

This role is for a product designer who can bring structure to ambiguity and stay involved through delivery. You will map workflows, clarify information architecture, create interaction models and design polished interfaces for web platforms, mobile products, dashboards and operational systems.

You will work directly with engineers and product stakeholders, using prototypes and evidence to resolve uncertainty before it becomes expensive. We are looking for thoughtful visual craft, but also for the ability to design edge cases, explain decisions, maintain a system and inspect the implemented experience rather than treating handoff as the finish line.

GrowIT is looking for a quality engineer who can turn product risk into an effective testing strategy. You will work from requirements and architecture through release, helping the team prevent defects, automate the journeys that matter and make failures easier to diagnose.

This role combines exploratory judgment with engineering discipline. You will create maintainable automated coverage, test APIs and integrations, investigate production-like behaviour and improve release confidence without chasing superficial test counts. You should be able to explain what is covered, what remains uncertain and how that risk should influence a release decision.
